Metal surface treatment

Sandblasting is a surface treatment method in which a stream of fine abrasive material is applied to the surface of the material - in this case, high-quality steel sand. This process allows dirt, rust stains, old paint and other unwanted layers to be removed from the steel surface, preparing the material for further finishing or coating.

More resistant to corrosive effects

Metal finishing is a process by which a metal material is modified or protected to make it more resistant to corrosion, more aesthetically appealing, or more suitable for a particular application. There are many methods of metal surface treatment. With us, in addition to powder coating, we provide galvanization (zinc plating), which ensures reliable protection against corrosion, or sandblasting, which guarantees the removal of dirt, corrosion or old surface treatment and thus prepares the surface of the metal for painting or further treatment. The product is thus very resistant to external influences.

Sandblasting perfectly removes dirt and rust stains that may be present on the steel surface, ensuring maximum cleanliness and readiness of the material for further processing.

By removing old paint and dirt, the surface becomes ideal for the application of new paint. Sandblasting thus improves the adhesion of the new coating, prolonging the durability and aesthetic appearance of the surface.

Sandblasting is suitable for a wide range of steel components and structures, from smaller parts to large structures, making it a versatile surface treatment method.
