Design activities & 3D designs

In our design office we prepare complete drawings with the active participation of our customers. We use the latest Solid Edge software with the possibility of processing 3D projections. We model complex parts and sheet metal components with maximum consideration and adaptation to our machinery.

Procedure in the design process

The first step in the design process is the analysis of customer requirements and project specification. This includes determining technical parameters, tolerances, materials and other important factors.

An important aspect of design activity in metal fabrication is project design. This includes detailed engineering drawings, CAD modelling and simulation to verify functionality and performance.

Last but not least, it includes design activities and supervision of implementation. Ongoing communication with production staff and optimization of systems based on experience.
